國防部發言人羅紹和少將今天在例行記者會上表示，空軍配合經濟部支援人工增雨作業，以昨天來說，北部地區水氣足，下午空軍派了兩架C130進行人工增雨作業。
由於石門水庫旱象嚴重，桃園市長鄭文燦希望後備指揮部轉達軍方，比照上次石門水庫缺水期，動用工兵清除漂流木及庫底枯木。
對此，羅紹和表示，在不影響戰備訓練的前提下，軍方會依據中央政府政策，執行相關任務，協助解決旱象問題。
